Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

* Be unused and in its original condition
* Be returned in its original packaging
* Include proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different design, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Returned items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
